and there is no arguement against anything in that post. those are stats and stats are what you go by. checkmateand brady sucks against good teams
for one, he only plays 4 good teams a year. for two, go back to my post and look at his record against the other good qb'sSucks against good teams?
What are you talking about man?
You might not like Brady (neither do i) but let's not create fake news in order to prove a point.
• Since entering the NFL in 2000, Tom Brady is 74-47 (.611) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
vs.
• Since entering the NFL in 2018, Josh Allen is 7-10 (.411) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
• Since entering the NFL in 2005, Aaron Rodgers is 36-43-1 (.456) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
• Since entering the NFL in 2016, Dak Prescott is 13-20 (.393) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
etc.
I guess they all suck against winning teams then?
I'll make you a friendly bet.
I bet you can't list me 10 QBs (All-Time) with a winning percentage of higher/better than Brady's .611% vs. winning teams.
I'll give you one of them.
☆ Since entering the NFL in 2017, Patrick Mahomes is 10-6 (.625) against teams that finished the season with a winning record (small sample size).
1.) Patrick Mahomes (.625%).
2.)
3.)
4.)
5.)
6.)
7.)
8.)
9.)
10.)
Fill in the blanks and you'll win me over (should be easy since it's only Brady who sucks vs winning teams).
easy. brady played for belichick. Peyton played against belichick. switch teams and Peyton has 10 ringsTom Brady is 10-4 vs Manning All Time (2-3 in the playoffs).
This QB conversation is nuts Brady = 7 SB rings vs. Peyton = 2 SB wins.
how about their records at the time they played brady? not the same.Since entering the NFL in 2000, Tom Brady is 74-47 (.611) against teams that finished the season with a winning record.
But I guess all 3 of Aaron Rodgers, Josh Allen and Dak Prescott are frauds because they all have career losing records vs. winning teams?
you think if brady were on his browns team, they would have won? noIf it's so easy then why is Bill Belichick only a career losing 72-81 (.470%) All-Time (without Tom Brady as his QB) despite 9.2 years of coaching without him?
I used to argue your point. that belichick wasn't great. that he won because he put 2 Parcells teams together and rolled with it. that he won because he had the greatest offensive line coach of all time. That he didn't win in Cleveland. but the guy kept winning. and every superbowl was won by the defense.@cheaterhater
I'll admit. You're a great debate. And I like that about you. You're driving me nuts but you make talking Sports fun. Thank you.
But you've gotta admit. If Bill Belichick coaches another 5 years and fails to win a single SB or even get past the 2nd round?
He then becomes exposed (both before and after Brady).
come on. cam didn't or couldn't read the playbook and all his best players sat out because of covid. and they were still in every game but 1 or maybe 2. with no talent on the team. this year 10-6 with Mac Jones drafted how many spots behind our QB, with a stacked afc and a vastly improved afc east.Ever since Tom Brady left Bill Belichick?
The Patriots and Bill Belichick himself has only gone 17-17 overall (.500%) with an embarrassing 47-17 Wildcard Loss vs. Buffalo.
Yup. You're right. He doesn't miss Tom Brady. He's just mediocre without him.
actually, I think we are both wrong, with the extra game, they went 10-7 regular seasonHe went 10-7 with Mac Jones (can't erase that 47-17 wildcard whopping).
During Tom Brady's first year as a starter (2001) Bill Belichick stared off 0-2 with Drew Bledsoe.
But then in came Tom Brady.
And Tom Brady then went (including Playoffs/SB) 14-3 overall & a Super Bowl MVP award.
Tom Brady was greatness from the very beginning and saved Bill Belichick in N.E because Bill was only 5-13 @ N.E (before Tom Brady saved him).
Cam Newton is only 1 example of Bill failing without Tom Brady as his QB.
Bill has had 13 NFL QBs over a 9 year year period (not named Tom Brady) and has a career losing record (without Tom Brady).
You know who has a winning record without Patrick Mahomes? Andy Reid.
Andy Reid has been much better without Patrick Mahomes than Bill Belichick has been without Tom Brady.
ok. I have zero. your post will get a lot more people I'm sure, but I still have zero.I've never posted on an opposing teams forum before but I think tomorrow I'm going to create an account on a Patriots popular forum and create a thread with a poll included.
I can almost guarantee that over 70% will pick Tom Brady over Bill Belichick.
now you're talkingGood point.
Take away the Tuck Rule and Brady has 6 rings and Bill 5.
Take away their first 3 SBs in 4 years (and then came Spygate exposing them cheating) and Brady has 3 rings and Bill 2.
Take away the deflate gate and Brady has 2 rings and Bill 1.
Fk them both.
PS: I watched the Eric Mangini interview and Spygate with the camera men recording practices was all Bill Belichick's idea.
yes.I'm jk man I don't want to waste my time talking to Massholes fk them both they both cheated.
Brady is Lance Armstrong of QB.
Belly is Pete Rose of HC.
Both should be blackballed from the HOF.
maybe they should have kept Winston, aand given him nradys allstar team to play with. he was actually doing pretty well on the Saints until.brady knocked him out for the season.Out of curiosity I just went over to a Buccaneers forum and read their thread on Tom Brady retiring and it was pure gold.
Every single Buccaneers fan is upset right now.
They all want nothing to do with Kyle Trask.
They're all predicting (with this current roster) no more than 4-7 wins next year (without Tom Brady).
And they're already crying for Aaron Rodgers/Russell Wilson.
☆ I can't blame them, they all got to witnesse Tom Brady's greatness first hand and what he did for all their players who couldn't win before he arrived (90% of their roster) and it won't be long before all of their games are blacked out again because fans no longer want to watch their team play (as was before Brady).
