The Michael Kay show was at jet camp today, just left work got into my car and turned it on
as Richardson interview was coming on.
He was apologetic, felt bad for the team agreed to the stupidity of (loss of money) leaned from mistake,
owned up to it, will never happen again... Seemed sincere (I believed it).
An hour later I get home, log on and I hear this. WOW!
Turn the radio back on. The interviewers were just as baffled.
On top of it all you have a 12 yr old in the car???
Can't throw this one up to being young and stupid. Just plain stupid (not sure you learn or grow out of that).
The only positive is that he didn't have a blow out or crash and kill everybody inside or out.

Newsday reports the Jets "had no knowledge" of Sheldon Richardson's July 14 on resisting arrest and traffic charges before Thursday.
Already suspended for the season's first four games, it was an almost inconceivably-poor decision on Richardson's behalf not to inform the Jets of his arrest. Gang Green's backing of its player could be tepid, to put it mildly, for the foreseeable future. Richardson was "only" charged with resisting arrest and traffic violations, but his car also had a "very strong odor of marijuana" at the time of his arrest. He had a (legal) loaded gun. Richardson's four-game ban is for violating the league's substance-abuse policy. It's safe to say he's going to miss more than four games this season.

Totally agree ham. There is a certain level of arrogance that never sat right with me about Richardson. Great player, but never appreciated the way he looked and spoke to reporters when he didnt like the question. 143 mph, just stupid, reckless, unsafe, selfish, ect
