Those numbers in the following years are not based on having 51 men on the roster. That space will be gone pretty quickly once they start resigning people. Cutting Wilson counts against the cap for the next three seasons. So if he doesn't cut it, we'll have to get a qb and pay him as a franchise qb.

and so what they are day 3 prospects... they are on rookie free agent contracts... those are practice squad signings... they are all affordable contracts and will continue to play on those minimal contracts... so the ones that are expensive will either be dealt, restructured to make the room that is needed...
