Agree, but trading down requires someone wanting to trade up,and willing to pay for it,and a player worth that investment. I don't know who would trade up.

Browns have the Eagles pick likely to be 11th overall...
Browns also steeped with picks in rounds 2 & 3...
By chance they want to trade up to grab a certain prospect still on the board offering the Eagles pick plus a 2nd could be in the cards...
With that Eagles pick will be in the prime position for a team with in the Top 18 that wants to leap frog a division team or whatever to grab a certain prospect offering that pick plus a third...
We can then take a prospect like Dan Feeney - Guard, Derek Barnett - ER, or Corey Davis - WR even Christian McCaffrey could be an option...
With 2 seconds and 2 thirds literally could revamp our offensive line with Brandon Shell looking like a lock at right tackle... Brent Qvale also looks better at guard then tackle, and we have Wesley Johnson is a RFA going to get a 1 year tender... Depending on if they keep Mangold and/or Carpenter they will only need to find a left tackle they like maybe Dion Dawkins from Temple, Avery Gennesy from TAMU could be options...
They can also target a center in round 3 to sit a year to acclimate to this level, someone like Kyle Fuller from Baylor (former teammate of now Jet Bryce Petty)...
The options are there, and while we have needs throughout the roster we would be more flexible to add prospects by trading down...
