Bowles said there's no update on his knee injury, he's going for an MRI tomorrow.

So once again a big win is tempered by a 24 hour prayer vigil for a key player.

What a shame, the guy was having a monster game too, and a terrific two game start to his season.

Decker said the doctors think he injured his PCL, they don't think its his ACL and they don't think it will require surgery.

Still going for an MRI tomorrow for confirmation, but he sounds optimistic.

Still several weeks I think, though it will depend on the severity so it will be a day to day thing. Decker said he thought it was not bad, so maybe only miss 1 or 2 weeks. Seriously doubt he plays Sunday. Devin Smith time.

Yep, Quincy Enunwa and Chris Owusu time too.

For however long Decker is out, and God willing its not too long, these young guys have to step up.

Maybe Kerley gets a few more snaps on Sunday. Heard he got 1 again last night. hate to lose Decker,even if its just a couple of weeks, but at least we have depth behind him. D Smith, Kerley, Powell in addition to Enunwa and Owusu.

i think usually 2-4 weeks. but it can last longer. i think the rookie perriman on baltimore has a PCL sprain and he missed all of camp and is still out.

hopefully it's a minor injury

Not sure why Kerley is in teh dog house but seems like with Smith mostly likely back for Game 3 he would be ideal in the slot with Decker out.

Free agent WR Corey Washington is working out for the Jets on Tuesday.
It's an indication the Jets expect Eric Decker (PCL) to miss some time. Washington was released by the Giants with an injury settlement earlier this month.
