Watch your blood pressure big Guy. It will all be revealed soon. Right now I believe it's all about figuring out how to pay the good young players that need to be paid to keep them on the roster which could mean good bye to your favorite QB. This is why I told you to only have a little faith. It's all about the money at this point of the season and Rogers has agreed to work with them on that but the dead cap hit is difficult to eat.

True enough............I've heard a couple of reports that Glenn doesn't want Rogers because of his personality but that's not what I heard Glenn say. It's mostly about money. A hypothetical situation to ponder. They cut Rogers' buddies which helps the cap. Rogers takes a big pay cut. Do you think that would work. Not likely Rogers would even play at all if they cut Adams and Lazard so that isn't going to work out well either. What a mess this team is financially. I'm surprised as hell that any of these new coaches and the GM even took the jobs.

My understanding is that he’s willing to restructure and a restructure could give us the most value, a qb and a lower cap hit instead of no qb and a large cap hit

I think the incoming Regime may want to take the hit contractually all at once to get it off the books. Thinking long term they might make a lot of changes concerning the previous regimes players. AR, Devante, and Lazard are most likely gone.
Sauce is a goner as well imo. He is not a guy who is comfortable playing in NY imo. They may take it on the chin this Season, role with Tyrod, and "go with their guys" going forward.

Only thing they can do if they dump the Vets.

No wins next season without Rogers is the plan. They will bring in a cheap QB that throws more interceptions than touch downs and can't run either. The talented players would like to at least have a chance to make the playoffs which they see as not likely with a lesser QB. So the good players that are free agents will all leave and the good players still under contract will all request to be traded. The new regime will fail miserably and we fans will not be surprised because that is the story of Jetsland.
