Gnats win one vs Cards

Lead remains 61/2

Mets have 30 left, Gnats 31

If Mets go 15-15

Gnats would have to go 23-8 to overtake us

A nice payoff on my 10 game miniplan tcket package.

Was able to go online yesterday at 10 AM and access two playoff tcket strips for each game that could be played at Citifield from a play in game to the 3 possible WS games.

Seats in the promenade boxes (400s) and able to spread payments.

If the Mets are 74-59 and the N0TS are 67-65 wouldn't that be 29 and 30 games respectively?

Hoping to see the Mets go 17-12 at the least.... meaning the N0ts need to go 24-6 against a very week schedule here on out. 20 games against Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia + 6 with Mets and 3 with Orioles. If we split with the Nats it would be nearly imposible to be caught.

Pretty cool. If we get to the LCS, I am hoping for a matchup against the Cubs or Cards. Wrigley is easy enough, and the playoffs are worth the 5 hour drive down to St. Louis.

Nice, I think of the Mets to have an off day in South Beach today, so we can all watch the season sensational "game" tonight from Jet Life between the Jets STBU* and Eagles STBU*

My fellow Mets fans, how confident are you they'll win the division? On a scale of 1-10.
1 being: no way, it's the Mets
10 being: lock it up!

Part of me is a little scared, but I'm staying positive and will give it an 8

I'm usually a pessimist, but I don't see this team coming unglued.

I'll lock in my answer after the 1st Nats series.... but as of now, I'm leaning towards a 7.5.

Have no fear

That fucking greedy POS Boros is just negotiating in the media as usual for some extra hand out from the Mets

Not sure it's that simple.

The doctors are sticking to a 180 limit. Boras is just reiterating what the doctors have said.

It will be up to Harvey to override the doctors and his agent and continue to pitch.

I live not far from where Harvey grew up, and have been following him since he was a kid. Knowing him, and his dad, he'll pitch. He knows nothing other than competing and winning, it's his whole persona.

But, $200 million plus is big incentive to not take the chance with his elbow. That's what he'll command in free agency.

Still, I think he'll want to be there in the post season.

Our effin bullpen gives me agita!

Its not just the bullpen right now. Starting pitchers -- aside from Colon -- have not been nearly as dominant as they were early in the season -- always seems to be that one 3 run inning in the middle of the game. The offense has overcome the shaky starts, but now without Duda, Murphy and Cuddyer, it is tough to overcome. Not feeling the same level of confidence right now that I was a week ago.

And can we please DFA Eric O'Flaherty. Why is this guy still on the team? How do you put him out there in the 11th inning of a tie game? Opposing batters are hitting .405 against the guy. When he takes the mound, it is like facing a lineup of Ty Cobb's and Ted Williams.
