Can’t say that I have any free agent to replace him but we still do have Tyrod Taylor. He obviously isn’t as good skill wise but he isn’t far off at this point. Plus his attitude and leadership value is leaps and bounds better.
Holy Shit I agree with you. Whether Tyrod plays or not, he has to be on the roster. You’re correct and I can’t debate or argue that at all. That’s why I’m not putting up much of a fight at all with this. I don’t want Arod back AT ALL but I know there isn’t any better out there. I would just be hoping on a prayer here, I will admit that!
I agree. He's a knowledgeable and capable back up. Don't know if the new staff will see him in that light but we will find out in time.Whether Tyrod plays or not, he has to be on the roster.
You both the forgot the D man. Ghost & allBelieve me, I understand perfectly.
I keep saying that this all depends on Travis's health. If he is good to go he has to be QB#2. This means it is Rodgers OR Tyrod as the other QB. Three into two doesn't go.Holy Shit I agree with you. Whether Tyrod plays or not, he has to be on the roster.
Hopefully he is healthy. You are right we don't need two vets. Next year is a throwaway year.I keep saying that this all depends on Travis's health. If he is good to go he has to be QB#2. This means it is Rodgers OR Tyrod as the other QB. Three into two doesn't go.
Oh..........I didn't forget him. I just counted him out. Doesn't handle the big moments very well. You both the forgot the D man. Ghost & all

Even if healthy Travis is going to have to have a really terrific training camp to take the #2 spot over. There are a lot of decisions to be made in the QB room this off season.Oh..........I didn't forget him. I just counted him out. Doesn't handle the big moments very well.
fail to agreeNext year is a throwaway year.
It's not a question of him taking the #2 spot with a 'terrific training camp', it is the fact that if we put him on the Practise Squad he will be lifted by another franchise. And if he goes on to become the next Burrow/Herbert there will be another round of laughs at the expense of the Jets.Even if healthy Travis is going to have to have a really terrific training camp to take the #2 spot over. Point well taken. It wouldn't be unheard of for a team, and the Jets have done it in the past, to carry 3 QBs on the roster. My mindset is that Glenn and Mougey don't know squat about Travis. They have nothing invested in his selection. That being said I believe that they will wait until after training camp to make a decision on him. There's really no hurry for that decision to be made. Tyrod is still under contract so he's going to be here if they want him. A lot hangs on the Rogers decision. I'd like to see what Travis has to offer. They drafted him for a reason. It's not a question of him taking the #2 spot with a 'terrific training camp', it is the fact that if we put him on the Practise Squad he will be lifted by another franchise. Agreed 1000 percent sir! It's not a question of him taking the #2 spot with a 'terrific training camp', it is the fact that if we put him on the Practise Squad he will be lifted by another franchise. You see, even you can finally see the light every now and then!Holy Shit I agree with you. Whether Tyrod plays or not, he has to be on the roster.
Trouble is, it's a train entering the other end of the tunnel. You see, even you can finally see the light every now and then!
A good way to learn is riding the bench instead of getting beat to death trying to adjust to the nfl level of play.the Jets reality has to be 3 QBs on the roster.....Travis would be inactive most weeks
For if he gets pregnant?Surely Glenn has a plan B.
