6'0 200lbs ran a 4.40 flat at the combine

Chris Culliver - DB - 49ers
PFT believes free agent CB Chris Culliver could have a "very significant" market.
Coaches and general managers were talking up Culliver to PFT's Mike Florio during the Combine. It remains to be seen if they'll be ponying up a ton of guaranteed cash however, as Culliver carries a string of off-field incidents with him. Still, he's coming off an excellent season in coverage as a 14-game starter for the 49ers and the corner market is very weak. Culliver is set up for a payday.

Torrey Smith - WR - Ravens
Speaking Tuesday, owner Steve Bisciotti expressed pessimism about the Ravens' chances of re-signing free agent Torrey Smith.
"There's always a team that has lots of money that wants to bring in playmakers," Bisciotti said. "Those guys are going to get those deals. I think we're going to have to take it on the chin and move on." Bisciotti cited Mike Wallace as an example of a playmaker who was overpaid in free agency. Bisciotti said he was rooting for Smith to "maximize his earnings," but strongly implied he won't be the owner handing out the deal.

Josh McCown - QB - Free Agent
Free agent Josh McCown is visiting the Browns on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Not including McCown's Combine meet ups with the Bears and Jets, it's his second visit after spending time in Buffalo last week. McCown is drawing looks from every team with a quarterback issue, though even in Cleveland he wouldn't be guaranteed the starting job. Signing McCown would mean the Browns are moving on from Brian Hoyer.

He's a cb right? If so, sign him. We are in real trouble there. I have no faith in milliner or McDougle.
McDougle is a slot corner if anything. IF he can stay healthy, which is Milliners issue. Tramon Williams is a solid cb and at 32 I'm sure he could coach up some of the younger dbs from his experience in the NFL.

Mike Wallace on trade block, has a similar deal to Harvin where if you trade for him he gets paid 10-11 mill per year but Miami absorbed all the guaranteed money, so you have him on a series of 1 year deals. He did catch 10 TDs ladt year but Wallace is a deep threat and Tannehill throws his deep ball like a 5 year old throws a nerf ball...you never know where it is going to go....

Jaguars will part ways with Will Blackmon

Cornerback Will Blackmon told his Twitter followers to “stay tuned” on Thursday morning and it seems he was letting them know to watch out for word of his departure from the Jaguars.

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Jaguars will release Blackmon. The 30-year-old started four times in eight appearances for the Jaguars last season before a broken finger brought his season to an end.

The move will clear about $900,000 under the cap, but the Jags don’t have a pressing need for that relatively small amount of money. Instead, Garafolo reports that the Jaguars want to go younger in the secondary. They have 2013 draft picks Dwayne Gratz and Demetrius McCray and 2014 rookie Aaron Colvin set to play prominent roles at corner in 2015.

Blackmon made 15 appearances with the Jags in 2013 and did well enough in his two years with Jacksonville that he should catch on somewhere else to continue his career. Once he’s officially dropped by the Jaguars, he’ll be free to sign anywhere.

Jason Worilds - LB - Steelers
A league source confirmed to ESPN Steelers reporter Scott Brown that the team plans to let free agent OLB Jason Worilds hit the market.
Worilds has 15.5 sacks over the last two seasons, but the Steelers will let the open market establish his value. As a 27-year-old pass rusher, Worilds' market should be strong despite the fact that he wasn't seen as a core defender in Pittsburgh. Disappointing 2013 first-round pick Jarvis Jones is currently the Steelers' only outside linebacker signed for 2015.

Ted Ginn - WR - Free Agent
The Panthers are interested in free agent WR/KR Ted Ginn.
Ginn had a renaissance year of sorts in 2013 with Carolina, before cashing in with Arizona last offseason. He would not solve the Panthers' No. 2 receiver woes, but could chip in as a sub-package wideout and special teamer.

Brandon Gibson - WR - Dolphins
The Miami Herald considers Brandon Gibson a candidate to be released.
Gibson is due $4.3 million after spending the majority of 2014 as the Dolphins' No. 4 receiver. Miami can save $3.26M by releasing him as a post-June 1 cut. 27-year-old Gibson has just 59 catches over the last two years. The Dolphins also want to move on from Brian Hartline's $7.3M cap hit.

Reggie Bush - RB - Free Agent
Lions released RB Reggie Bush.
Bush is coming off an injury-filled 2014 and struggled when healthy, playing in 11 games and averaging 3.9 YPC. The Lions will use the $1.7 million they save by cutting him towards re-signing Ndamukong Suh. 29-year-old Bush joins an already deep running back market and will likely have to settle for a role-player salary to stay in the league. Theo Riddick is now locked in as Detroit's passing-down back behind Joique Bell.
