Apparently Bart and I think alike.Bart Scott said it best! "This is Reddick's last play, the trade demand was an act of desperation and his only move left"

That's probably why he can't smell the roses...................................LOLThey probably sweet
Unbelievable.
The Great and Powerful AARON has spoken....what a crock of shite.
Reddick coming into camp now is not going to end well. You know He's going pull a hammy or a lat due to lack of conditioning. You know its going to happen. Someone said earlier Riddick was cutting off His nose to spite his face. Truer words have never been spoke.
Agreed. Trade the prick to the Niners. The further away the better. It doesn't matter if have the contract leverage or not the player has the real leverage, make him back down and sign and his infield performances will be full of joy and effort, not.
As somebody said, keep him hanging until some other team dumber than us is desperate via injury to give us back a 3rd.
I wouldn't be paying this shyster anything from this point, fuck him.
Yea O Great One, Maybe it Last Longer Than 3 Plays This Time Out.View attachment 6657
The Great
Aaron:
"I think the best thing for him is to be a Jet because it's going to be a fun ride."
You can't post a Nania article then comment on any writers credibility.....I have to be honest, Dianna Russini has lost all credibility over the years and just appears to report click bait BS
The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported that when the Jets acquired Reddick in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles, they made him a "below market" contract offer that he turned down. The team never made a new offer because they were "informed by Reddick's rep that he would play under his current contract."
Below market meaning what? They offered him $10M a season? Or they offered him a raise over his current contract but not the $28M-$30M that he is seeking? Anything below Reddick's asking price can be considered "below market", and this goes off of the assumption that he is actually worth Top 5 money.
You can't post a Nania article then comment on any writers credibility.....
He was singing Reddicks praises when the trade happened. Claiming he was at worst top 5 and better than Huff and JFM combined...
He makes up his own unheard of stats , picks and chooses very select stats to back them up.
This is the guy who had Jet fans posting and believing that Darnold was the best QB in the league for the last 1/4 season.
It's all clickbait.
We won't ever know the truth. We will get two sides of the story but not the all important third side.
I still think Huff should have been kept.
Sam?Certainly wouldn't have hurt my feelings to keep Huff.....................
Just don't buy any more. We can't afford to lose any more key players. My fault. I purchased Huff's Jersey.
Kiss of death really.
Seriously though. At this point of what benefit of his is it to remain holding out? He has probably already lost more than the raise he was asking for is worth.the Jets own his contract. I expect, unless he and his agent have completely, completely, completely lost their minds he will play this season for the Jets.

This tactic is amazing to me.
I just read that before the season even starts he will have lost out on 4 million. AmazingI agree wholeheartedly with you. His holding out here from my perspective borders on dumb.
He plays like a jetI agree wholeheartedly with you. His holding out here from my perspective borders on dumb.
But he thinks like a dummy. LOLHe plays like a jet
