LOL

The asshole boy friend 90% of the time lives in the house, illegally, and moma allows it. Yep the solution is to pour more money on them.

There is lots of work out there. The problem is it's a supply and demand world. Unskilled, uneducated, unmotivated people expect to be paid like upper middle income people. Won't work unless they are. Why should they, the government provides housing, food, cell phones, beer and drug money,. Why work?

this true but if he isn't on the lease which he usually isn't is why he doesn't have to put his info which is another thing that needs overhauled.

it's not that people don't need the help it is they abuse the help they receive and unfortunately at the cost of the kids most times.

like i said i wouldn't do away with it until companies are forced to pay a decent wage and or keep companies in america to put people to work.

more of a joke is our college education system

most of the time the degrees you go for don't come close to prepare you for a job in your field.

OK

So overhaul the system. LOL Never happen, because the progressive's use the welfare system as a vote purchasing tool. That's what the "dreamer act" is all about. We are advertising on Mexico TV, that if they break our laws, and crash our borders, over load our school system, and medical support. Push the border states police departments to edge of collapse, they will be rewarded with all kinds of freebies hard working people have to pay for. and guess what in a short period of time they get to vote for the people who encouraged them to break the law.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Like I said this crap doesn't belong on a football board, only pisses every one off. But I'll play if we are going to be forced to be bombarded with it.

and the rich use it to hold people down by not providing jobs for those that are on welfare.

i mean seriously a walmart or mcdonalds employee are working and not abusing the system yet they still need help to make ends meet.

that is on the ceo and companies not on the welfare system.

Total BS. Here I'll post this again for you. Companies are dying to hire people who are willing to break their ass for good pay. Few want to go. It's inconvenient. There is a ton of work out there for people who want to do it.
In spite of Obama's attempt to destroy it North Dakota is experiencing a tremendous economic boom in the oil industry. Problem is North Dakota being light in population, and a very rough environment, can't find people willing to work.

If a person lives in an area that has a very weak job market, the work isn't going to come to them, MOVE where the work is. Yep the work is hard, but it's sure better then whining.

and how are people supposed to move there or pay for a hotel to stay in?

You also have to realize people are not in as good health as they used to be.

i have ulcerative colitis no way i could apply for the job you posted.

That's the Saudi's playing games with oil prices trying to choke out american oil companies who pay dramatically more then in Saudi. Baffling enough with the current American regime's aid.

Once they crush things like the Keystone pipe line, and a booming American Natural Gas development ventures in the US, fear not, oil prices, and stock will be through the roof again

Interestingly enough, many of the companies are so desperate for well paid workers that they will pay to relocate the worker, and his family to move there. They are actually recruiting harder then Obama is for border crashes.

if a person wants to find work they will find a way to get there.

In 1975 I had 2 babies, both preschool. It was a very bad economy, I got laid off from my job. Two days later I got on a plane to Alaska and worked on the pipeline for 19 months. I was paid great, came back bought my first house, and still had a little bit of money left over to start my own business.

If your aggressive enough you'll find a way. There is lots of work out there

Entitle much?

Well they sure aren't going to hire you if you go in there telling them how the natural gas companies "are keeping the people down"

it's not that i have ulcerative colitis and was stabbed in the back 7 times prevents me from doing hard labor work

If you can convince a doctor that you are truly handicapped, and unable to work, you will get social security, government housing, (which is really nice in Florida) medicade, food stamps, and a very liberal retraining, and education package, so you can find a job that fits your abilities, and hopefully get off public assistance.

But that isn't what happens 90% of the time. people get all those freebies, and have no incentive to actually go to work. You can't expect people to pay you more then it is profitable for them to do. That's what a free market system is all about. No one is entitled unless they truly can't provide for themselves.

Only a small percentage of the younger people who are bankrupting the social security system actually fall in that category.

Truth is, you all can talk to your blue in the face nothing will change. Why get an ulcer over it. Everyone of you and I mean EVERYONE has found fault in the system in one way or another, but you ALL are to blame also in other ways. You won't admit it. Just find excuses.

Myself, I'm perfectly happy. I'm just playing along with the game. I'm totally good with the system. Unless of course some one comes to take what's mine. :)

I don't even want this thread to exist, but while it's here I'll have fun with it
